We celebrated Easter Sunday in Westchester at Sam & Kristen's gorgeous new house. With three little girls including twins just a few weeks older than Alice, there were toys, treats, and kids everywhere! Despite the distractions, Everett made himself available to take a few phone calls. Alice seized opportunity to actually wear a pretty dress, probably the first time in a week that she wore something other than a hand-me-down from her brother.
By the time we left it was dark, rainy and already almost bedtime.
A moody view of the city and cars everywhere kept Everett awake and engaged the whole drive home.
