Spending all day out by the pool was perfect. Between jumping in the water, making Mommy and Daddy swim laps underwater (as per the "Mommy fish!" Daddy fish!" requests) and peering out at the view in front of us, it was heaven. And Everett gained more swimming skills in 15 minutes than he did after months of swim classes at the Brooklyn ymca.
"Daddy, come 'ere..."
Swimming is exhausting. We had daily Jungle Book and Incredibles marathons as downtime.
